Estate Appraisals in Hot Springs & Central Arkansas
When an estate includes a home or land, the people handling it may need an independent opinion of property value. Diamond Lakes Appraisal Service works with estate representatives, heirs, and attorneys to clarify the property, the purpose of the report, and the valuation date before the assignment begins.

Start with the valuation date
An estate assignment may call for a value as of an earlier date rather than today. Tell us the date requested by your attorney or other advisor and how the report will be used. If a past date is needed, records and photographs showing the property’s condition at that time can be especially useful. We will review the information and confirm the appropriate scope before you order.
What to include with your quote request
Property address or parcel identification and property type
The requested valuation date and purpose of the report
Who will use the appraisal and any reporting requirements
Available surveys, property records, and photographs of prior condition
An inspection contact, access arrangements, and your deadline
Can one appraisal serve several estate decisions?
Explain every intended use before ordering. A report prepared for one purpose may not meet the needs of a different user or decision. We will discuss the assignment with you so the intended use and users are clear.
